CS Dester Kapelinyang’a is a seasoned executive professional with experienced years in leadership skills and strategic direction. Her leadership style fosters a dynamic office culture that attracts, retains, and motivates diverse teams. She has skills set which includes strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork and possesses excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. She also demonstrates a keen sense of strategic thinking in ensuring optimal team collaboration and motivation.
She holds a Bachelor degree of Business Administration (Human Resource Management option) from KEMU, a diploma in Computer science from NAC and a higher diploma in Business admiration from KIM. She is also a CPSK from KASNEB.CS Dester kapelinyanga is Licensed registered Practicing Certified Company Secretary. This has earned her wide knowledge in corporate governance, statutory duties, and administrative duties as well.
Before joining CPSB as a part time member she worked in private sectors which includes Mastermind Tobacco Limited and Kenya Tea Packers Limited.
She is also engaged in professional affiliations, being an Associate Member of the Institute of Human Resources (IHRM) and a Member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS). She has received awards for Leadership Management and Social Contribution Responsibility.
